About Me

Hey there! I’m Kelsey Carpenter, the sugar-covered hands behind Confections by Carpenter. I’ve been baking since I was a kid, and what started as mixing up treats in my kitchen has turned into a full-on cottage bakery dream.

 

I make cookies, cakes, and macarons that are equal parts delicious and fun — whether it’s a wedding cake, a birthday box of cookies, or a “just because” pick-me-up. My rule? Desserts should taste as good as they look (and look pretty dang good).

 

I’m based in Azle, Texas, running this little bakery with the help of my family and a whole lot of coffee. Around here, we keep things fresh, creative, and always sweet.
